The reward of the Muslim who grants a delay to a debtor or who cancels his debt?, What will happen to the person who gives a debt to a debtor or cancels the debt?. To cope with the difficulties of life, the Muslim can make a term loan and without interest. Islam has well regulated the debt. The longest verse of the Koran speaks of debt.

Allah Soubhanu Ta’ala Said

” O believers! When you incur a debt with a fixed term, write it down; And a scribe write it among you in all justice; A scribe does not have to refuse to write according to what Allah has taught him; Let him write, and let the debtor dictate: let him fear Allah his Lord, and be careful not to diminish. If the debtor is wasteful or weak, or unable to dictate himself, then his representative dictates in fairness. Show it to you by two witnesses of your men; And in the absence of two men, one man and two women among those whom you accept as witnesses, so that if one of them goes astray, the other may remind him. And that the witnesses do not refuse when they are called. Do not get tired of writing debt, as well as its term, Whether it be small or great: it is more equitable with Allah, and more upright for testimony, and more likely to remove doubts. But if it is a present merchandise that you negotiate between you: in this case, there is no sin not to write it. But take witnesses when you make a transaction between you; And let no scribe or witness be harmed. If you did, it would be a perversity in you. And fear Allah. Then Allah teaches you and Allah is Knowing. “(Qur’an, 2/282). But take witnesses when you make a transaction between you; And let no scribe or witness be harmed. If you did, it would be a perversity in you. And fear Allah. Then Allah teaches you and Allah is Knowing. “(Qur’an, 2/282). But take witnesses when you make a transaction between you; And let no scribe or witness be harmed. If you did, it would be a perversity in you. And fear Allah. Then Allah teaches you and Allah is Knowing. “(Qur’an, 2/282).

Lending goods to those in need is one of the most meritorious works. Lending to lighten the burden of his brother and help him to overcome the difficulties of life, is considered by the Quran as a loan to Allah Soubhanou wa ta’ala Himself:

” Whoever makes a sincere loan to God, God Himself Multiplies, and he will have a generous reward. “(Quran, 57/11).

 Our Prophet Said

On the other hand, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ” Whoever alleviates the suffering of a believer in this world, Allah alleviates his suffering on the day of the Last Judgment, which facilitates the one who is In difficulty, Allah facilitates the difficulties of this world and the other. (Hadith reported by Muslim).

According to Abu Hureira (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)

said:
